    That brings my total to 12 pounds since I started only two weeks ago!! I guess eating well and going to the gym religiously pays off

  • Well I am only down about a pound this week. It was to be expected after 9 pounds in 2 weeks. I missed my 2 lb a week goal though. Better than nothing. Just gotta keep on truckin'.

  • I lost 3.4 lbs this week!! That means I've lost more than 25 lbs since Oct., and that I'm out of the 150's!
