I am back from my vacation, totally didn't want to come back to reality. We set our date for the wedding ..whooohoo
I tried to stick to my healthy eating for the most part its hard when you don't have internet access to keep track on the daily plate how much you have eaten. It was tough! Well I came back and weighed myself I gained 2-3 lbs
not bad for winging it with out true nutrition labels and of course my savior daily plate! So now I'm back and ready to battle back on this diet.
My only set back is that I had my foot injured at a night club where this girl with stilleto heels stepped on my foot and I required 5 stitches. So my treadmill work out is to a halt for a couple of weeks!!
I didn't let that bring me down on my vacatioin b/c I still enjoyed it and got to do everything I wanted to.
