My Weekly Downs

  • wanted to record a week of scale downs....
    so here goes....

    Monday - 132.9lb
    Tuesday - 132lbs
    Wednesday - 131.4lbs
    Thursday - 130lbs
    Friday -
    Saturday -
    Sunday -

    Any one else wana particiate?....
  • My weight fluctuates that much over the course of the week that I would get depressed posting my daily weight. Weighing weekly is better as it averages out then
  • This probably isn't the best idea for me but -eh oh well

    Monday - 127.5
    Tuesday - 127.5
    Wednesday - 127
    Thursday -
    Friday - 126
    Saturday -

  • ive been thinking about weighing myself daily just to see exactly whats going on, i am always up mid week, but down by the end. Its interesting, but can be depressing on wednesdays >.<
  • mine seems all over....
    dunt 4 a min believe i lost 1.4lb in a day!....
  • yeah i think i would find the fluctations hard to deal with especially since weighing twice a week sees me gain 2kg (around 4 pounds-ish?) in two days
  • Well I had another 'scale' moment today. Get on 134 OH YA!!!!
    But, I dont really believe it b/c that would mean I lost 4 lbs in one night!, so reset and get back on twice. Both times say 136.6... still good for me though.

    I still dont have an official weigh day.
    Maybe I will decide her and now, Every Monday morning. There done.
