Default Diet Soda

I love it, but it's evil/

Here's a video about why aspartame is so bad... In case anyone was wondering.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YEQXk...tamekills.com/

Also, I was looking for some soda's without it in it, and diet rite, and Hansen's natural sodas don't...

the whole diet soda thing is so frustrating!

Good for you - It's more addictive than heroin and sits in the *cocaine* neuro-receptors in the brain. Just say *no!* ;-)

I'm glad I eliminated diet soda from my diet. However, there are a lot of things that have aspartame in them so I'll have to watch out carefully for that.

Yeah - like it's also in Yoplait's fat free yogurts...which is why I opt for the lowfat variety.

And as for diet pop, I'd rather drink crab juice.

Thank heavens I hate diet pop... This guy I used to work with was diabetic, so he only drank diet pop obviously, well after 10 years of drinking it aspartame build up a calcium ball thing in his stomach and he had to get it surgically removed!.

i can't bring myself to watch that video! I LOVE my diet sodas. I can't live off of water alone and I've already given up my tea, so I don't think I could function right w/out my diet sodas!

I can't watch this. I've cut WAY back on my diet soda intake, but I'm not ready to give it up entirely.

Ignorance is bliss...

I'm a diet mountain dew lover but I only have it once a week which is probably still way too much. I also don't drink coffee so the caffeine makes me jittery and unable to sleep. Now that I think about it, why bother even drinking it? lol

I still love it, i bought a 24 pack today - eek.

I think after i'ts gone though, I"m going to try to cut it out completely, and find something to replace it with. I hate plain water, but the crystal light has it in it to! AGH.
