Guilty Pleasure??

  • So, I had to go to a birthday dinner tonight. My calorie intake was reasonable, not as healthy but quantity proportioned. I had a small piece of Pineapple Upside down cake...OMG It was delicous What is your guilty pleasure??

  • Gah, I've been pretty good lately, but I just said "screw it" tonight (which I try so hard not to!) and bf was ordering food from this GREAT pasta place, so I got some fried chicken ravioli. Ahhhhhhh it was so good, hahaha! Luckily, I'm working outside tomorrow, as the restaurant where I waitress has a patio, so it'll be hot and I'll burn those cals off pretty quick!
  • coconut anything or lemon cake cookies -- oh, yeah, regular pizza
  • i had to eat a burger yesterday evening....
    due to a teenage birthday party....
    was only a burger with a dry bun....
    no sauce or butter or cheese or anything so i dont feel too bad....
  • I had a big old fat banana nut muffin last night at work. YUM!



    But since Saturdays are when I allow myself to eat anything I desire, the calorie count from it didn't worry me.
  • I love pasta. Since I started dieting I hardly ever eat it. However, I went on a date with my BF last night and had some DELICIOUS Italian food - pasta w/ pesto cream sauce, mushrooms, and proscuitto. SO not on plan, but delicious!
  • I love chocolate! My guilty pleasure is chocolate overstock cake.
  • a small piece of moon cake and 1/6 bag of bear cookies. I didn't go out of my calories but i ate them becuz i just wanted to eat something. SO i feel kind of guilty lol.
  • normally it's ice cream... but i have portion control issues and usually I'll end up eating too much and feeling sick. (I'm not lactose intolerant or anything, but dairy overloads never sit well with me). However recently my roommate baked some fabulous chocolate chip cookies, so I had one of those last night and one today. Luckily I am sticking to one at a time, so I think it is okay.
  • I thought I would share another one with you, chocolate covered pretzels. Just 2-3 are enough. They are oh sooo yummy!
  • French fries and chocolate...and sometimes together. I love the sweet/salty combo.
  • Baked goods, and any combo of pasta with cheese. heavenly.
