well impressed
this morning i had dental surgery....
it took 6 normal injections.... and one extra strong injection to deaden my mouth enough to perform the dentistry.... i contemplated going home afterwards.... my decided to go to work as id burn more energy, therefore calories.... this is number one reason i really pleased myself.... i went for my normal walk at lunch time.... despite being in agony.... reason number two.... and finally i managed to do both my workouts at a reasonable level.... except the situps in the ones cool down.... reason number three.... i feel like i realy have the right mindset for all this weight loss.... :carrot: |

if i took a day off id take more off here and there....

after 6 shots to deaden your mouth... did you catch yourself drooling at all during the day?! :lol: I take a lot of shots to numb my mouth too and by the time the dentist is done half my head is numb... no kidding either-- half of my head-- even my scalp!! So half my face droops and I drool like a St. Bernard! Good for you for keeping up your workout goals but make sure you take care of yourself too!! Rest and relaxation are good for healing. I never believed this myself until after i had back surgery and slept for about a week straight after the surgery-- doctor said my body was healing and it's easier to heal when resting... hmm i said ok and took naps whenever i felt tired... felt like i was sleeping my life away but i felt great after the naps--- i'm sure the pain medicine didnt help keep me awake one bit either!!
