I don't necessarily "see" big differences, but I know I'm smaller because I'm wearing 2 sizes smaller. I do see definition in my calves, lower thighs, and arms a bit and my stomach is a bit leaner. But I still have the same problem areas and probably the same proportions. I'm just overall small. Having said that, I've previously lost about the same amount of weight with diet pills instead of eating well and exercising, and I think I look SO much better now. Before I was a skinny fat person and I think I look more "in shape" where I am now. For example, I was 125lbs and a size 6 in college when I was dieting badly and now I'm 150 and an 8. I don't think I really need to lose 25 lbs to fit into a 6. and the difference is in muscle.

I'm also with you guys on the idea you can't "target" any particular body part. So far I've only lost 13lbs. My waist is 6 inches smaller!!! But my arms..ugh..they won't budge. I do have more muscle in them though, so thats fun. Its pretty much up to genetics.

I've lost 28 pounds.... I'm down a pant size.... but I honestly really dont see much of a difference. Probably because I never got a good "before" picture. My rule has always been "Cleavage up"

I did see a photo of me from around V-day and I noticed I've lost a lot in my face. Thats the only place I've really noticed a change. And my arms. Neither of which were my main concern :( But hey. Beggars cant be choosers! I'm just glad to have this much off so far!

are you taking measurements? you should try that if you aren't already.

I haven't lost 30 pounds but I've lost 22.8 and here are my original measurements vs those taken on 7/2

Right upper arm: 13--13- no change :mad:
Waist: 37.5--34- lost 3.5 inches
Hips: 46--43- lost 3 inches
Right Thigh: 27--25.5- lost 1.5 inches
Bust: 44--42- lost 2 inches
Chest (where bra band sits): 38--35- lost 3 inches
Belly (fattest part of my belly): 43(taken on 5/26)--40- lost 3 inches

16 inches overall (I just added the lost inches up, not sure how to get the total inches lost or whatever)
