My weigh-in is every Monday..because I know weigh can flunctuate and I don't want to weigh like 3 times a week and then get nervous because I see some gain...and then keep updating the ticker whenever I see the loss...I think of that as not "true loss...". So I update it every Monday with the official Monday weight.
