OK, so I had a body fat analysis last week that put me at 28% Woot!!!
That makes me very happy and proud! But, it also caused me to do a little math...
Weight at time of test - 158 #
28% body fat = 44#
lean body mass = 114#
Planned remaining weight loss - 30#...
So, if I lose only more fat and not lean body mass, that would put me at 14# fat and 128 # total which is only 11% body fat. I'm pretty sure that is too little, at least for me. Does this mean I need to change my goal?
But I really like it! It seems so nice and round at 100.
Has anyone else made goal changes during their journey, and if so how/why did you decide to? TIA
