I'm in! I'm going to stick with the same goal at this point... average of 40 minutes a day combined cardio and strength training - so that's 1200 minutes total. I'd like to shoot for more time spent strength training - 3 sessions per week. :)

I don't plan on going for any set amount of time, I just want to jog every other day, lift weights a few times per week, and stay active. I do want to do something every day though!

I've been slacking off on my exercises lately..and like Athena I need to jump back on the wagon. The snow is melting so my goal is to speed walk daily 40-60 mins. And to also use my exercise ball!!

I think I'm going to make a more achievable goal for April, trying to workout as much as I did in March was burning me out a little bit, I want to work out consistently but not push so hard that I'm sore all the time. So I am going to aim for 1000 minutes this month. We'll see if thats a better goal for me.
