I'm In! Better late then never.

I've just set up a 16 week plan with the doc, (after the first 8 weeks, everything is tentative). But here's the plan for April.
Monday - Spinning/Ab/Strength class = 90 min (actually 2 classes back2back):ebike::wl:

Tuesday - Swim 60 min (starting a plan to get my stamina up to doing 1650yrd. without stopping) :swim:

Wednesday - REST
Thursday - Swim 60 min :swim:
Friday - Yoga Class 60 min :yoga:

Saturday - Swim 60 min :swim:

Sunday - Rest
Goal: 330 min.

April
Week 1
4/14 - Spin/Ab/strength class 90 min. (didn't keep up but finished):carrot:
4/15 - Rest. My knees didn't like the spinning. Had to wait for swelling to go down.
4/16 - 30 min swim = 800 yrds, +walked 7 bocks
4/17 - 30 min swim = 850 yrds, +walked 16 blocks
4/18 - 50 min walk = 30 blocks (missed yoga)
4/19 - 30 min swim = 950 yrds, +walked 14 blocks

UPDATE: I just ordered my ab machine from proform.com this afternoon (Fri-4/18)

UPDATE AGAIN: My Proform Ab machine shipped today (Mon-4/21)

UPDATE AGAIN: My Proform Ab machine has arrived!!!! Will start using it tomorrow!! (Thur 4/24)

Goals:

-20 to 30 minutes on Proform I-Fit Treadmill
-10 minutes on Body by Jake Hip & Thigh Sculptor 3-5 days/week
-15 minutes on Proform Ab Bench 4 days/week (starting 4/24/08)
-April 12-30: do 400 total minutes of exercise



Accomplishments:

Sat April 12: 2 miles (treadmill, middle 1.5 miles at .5% incline) in 36:07 (min:sec)

Sun April 13:
Mon April 14: 1.5 miles (some incline) in appx 30 minutes, walked up to elem school to p/u daughter and then back home, pushing son in stroller (31 lb 2-y/o)
Tues April 15:
Wed April 16: 1.5 miles in 26 minutes (treadmill, at .5% incline for most of workout, ran .25 miles during walk-I never run, am proud of me!)
Thur April 17: [TOM] 1.65 miles in 28:30 minutes (treadmill, ran for 8 minutes of workout), no incline.
Fri April 18: 20 minutes on hip/thigh sculptor & 1.06 miles in 20 minutes (treadmill, 3% incline)
Sat April 19:

Mon April 21:
Tues April 22: walked the mall and walmart doing errands ~ about 1 mile in 30 minutes (while pushing 31 lb kid in stroller)
Wed April 23: 1.54 miles at 2% incline in 30 minutes (treadmill) & 10 minutes on hip/thigh machine
Thur April 24: .76 miles at 2% incline in 15 minutes (treadmill) & 10 minutes on hip/thigh machine
Fri April 25: 1.65 miles in 30 minutes at 1% incline (treadmill), 10 minutes on hip/thigh machine, 15 minutes on ab bench
Sat April 26:

Sun April 27: (Biggest Loser Challenge begins!)
Mon April 28: 0.85 miles at 3% incline in 15 minutes (treadmill); 10 minutes on hip/thigh machine; 10 minutes on ab bench
Tues April 29: (spent morning at the dr for UTI, and haven't eatten much so have a major headache, not in the mood for fitness)
