Kitchen is CLOSED for the night. Today's accountability:
B: 1/2c oatmeal, 1tbsp ff creamer, 1/2oz walnuts (5)
L: 2c spinach, 1/2c tuna, 2 tsp light mayo, 2 tsp dijon, 1 apple, 1c grapes, 1/2c 2% cottage cheese (8)
S: skim cappucino (2)
D: 2c turnip greens, 1c beans, 1/4c onions, 2 pieces cornbread (10.5)
S: square of dark chocolate, 1/2c almond milk w/ 1/2c Fiber One (1.5)
=27/27 points. woo

Yesterday
B-Kashi go lean and skim milk
lunch-pork pie
d-pasta with low fat alfredo sauce, half a chicken breast and some brocolli
desert-one scoop of ice cream and strawberries.
Not so good yesterday..better today!

L: leftover turnip greens and beans, cornbread, 1/2c cottage cheese, 1c grapes (10)
S: 1/2c lf plain yogurt, museli (3)
D: 2oz pork, 1/2c couscous, and zucchini (sauteed in EVOO) stuffed in a bell pepper, sweet potato topped with mango-cilantro raita (10)
S: WW smoothie mix with 1c almond milk, frozen raspberries, fresh blueberries (3), square of dark chocolate (1)
=27/27 points for the day

My throat and head hurt today...I hope I don't feel the flu coming on.
B - frozen gogurt tube
L - tomato soup, grilled cheese, orange
S - brought another frozen gogurt tube if my throat is still hurting
D - bbq chicken, salad, cali/broc veggie mix
S - pb drizzzle rice cakes
E - haven't done anything yet today...will see how I feel later
