I lost 16 pounds in February. The month seemed so long and I only lost one pant size. Hey, I am happy in my 16s, it beats the heck outta the 18s. I know this month is going to be harder, and probably slower, but Im committed. Working out on Monday, Wednesday, Friday has really helped. And, some good advice from a friend helped me maximize the calories burned while walking. Friday I burned 350!! I was so excited.
I lost 10.8 lbs. in February and want to aim for at least 8-10 in March. I plan on working out more, and trying to see if I am capable of counting calories. Congrats on the weight loss ladies!
i'd say 2 pounds since i go between 166.2-168.8. but its right so i'm happy and ok with just a little off. hopefully in march i can lose it and go between 164-166
I lost 2.6 in February (unless you count that I lost another 2.4 at my WI on March 1st, which means the weight was technically lost in Feb, but whatever!).
I don't do time-restricted weight loss goals, so I'll be happy with whatever
I lost 1 whopping pound. I wasn't very good in Feb apparently. I'd like to lose 8-10 by Easter. Shooting for that higher end though. Something's gotta give. This stall WILL be over.
Wow, you guys are putting up so HUGE numbers! I lost 7 pounds (though my weight in yesterday had me down two more but I guess those count for March). I would like to add more running to my cardio and lose 8 pounds in March.
