Smile Reached Goal...
Well going off diet pop and caffeine helped me get over my slump I have been stuck in for months!!! This morning I weighed in at 155 pounds the goal I made for myself 14 months ago!!! 105 pounds loss!!!!!! But now I wanna be at 145 LOL I still can't lose the mommy tummy! Any tips I would appreciate !!!

WOW 105lbs! that's amazing!

as for the mommy tummy - i have yet to lose mine too. but i've heard that cardio and weight-bearing exercise helps more than sit-ups/cruntches. anything where you're engaging your core muscles... maybe pilates? i've never tried it. just an idea.

Thanks everyone!!! Once I can get my camera to work with computer I will be posting before and after pics! I just am so proud of myself! First time in a long time I am truely happy with myself!
We all can do it! I am here to help anyone who needs it or wants it! Its key to have someone to lean on and push through the hard times!!!!
