Well going off diet pop and caffeine helped me get over my slump I have been stuck in for months!!! This morning I weighed in at 155 pounds the goal I made for myself 14 months ago!!! 105 pounds loss!!!!!! But now I wanna be at 145 LOL I still can't lose the mommy tummy! Any tips I would appreciate !!!
as for the mommy tummy - i have yet to lose mine too. but i've heard that cardio and weight-bearing exercise helps more than sit-ups/cruntches. anything where you're engaging your core muscles... maybe pilates? i've never tried it. just an idea.
