You know, I was at World Market not too long ago and they had a bunch of slap bracelets. I seriously considered buying one... But they would never live up to my favorite neon pink cheetah print one I had in elementary school!

Yeah, I did keep singing Bon Jovi in my head! This post is hysterical! I can relate to all of it. I remember saving really hard, a whole $16, for a NKTOB pillow. Oh man...the 80's, such a slower paced, innocent time. Sometimes I wish I could go back.

I LOVED my Skip it. Granted, I only lived 6 years in the 80's, but I remember using a Skip it. I also liked the jelly shoes, the slap bracelets and the leggings! I also remember my older cousin (she was thirteen) loved the New Kids on the Block and collected their figurines, but I just didn't quite get it then. =D

NKOTB was my first concert haha I had the dolls to remember those I had a Donnie and a Jordan doll.

Did anyone out there have a pogo ball I loved mine It was a pink ball with a black and white checkered foot platform.

Also you know you are an 80s girl if your BFF was a cabbage patch doll!

LOL!!! That was great! I LOVED Doogie Howser. And the fluorescent colors-I was one of those that wore them head to toe-probably a little longer than I should have!
