Just curious if anyone else on the boards has dabbled with p90x. I did my first round over the summer and lost 26 lbs over the 13 weeks. Funnily enough, I took a little break and did another round and gained about 15 lbs (I was trying to GAIN weight...go figure). I did 3 more weeks of p90x and then the plus came out and I wanted to give it a whirl, so I'm on my third week of that right now. I've lost about 12 lbs over those 6 weeks and I absolutely love the workouts. Actually, I think I have a man crush on Tony Horton
You can be there, sweat running all over the place and then he says something crazy and you start cracking up in the middle of working out (that's what happens with me at least); the guy really loves what he does. I just like that because sometimes the stuff is really hard and I like the fact that he has a sense humor...unlike some trainers who just scream in your face (I'm not a fan of that). Anywho, wondering if anyone's had the same experience and what ya guys think. D'okay, buh byes
