..but it's something. Today was my first day on WW; I went to my first meeting yesterday (a topic for another post...). Now it's almost 11pm, and I need to eat 3 more points! That's not the NSV... but it might be...
Anyway... I planned out my day for the most part, allowed myself a subway sub for lunch like I normally do on Thursday's, and saved about half my points for after work for a decent dinner, but also to allow me to eat when I know I'm at my worst, which is later at night (hence the extra 3 points... dessert is calling!)
The biggest thing about today wasn't so much staying on plan, as learning how much my life revolved around food! Literally.. I'd sit down to check my email or read and a little voice would say "aren't you going to grab something to munch on?". The funniest one was when I went to go to my rehearsal tonight, and out of habit I started driving to chic-fil-a to get an iced tea (and who knows what else...)! Chick-fil-a is at least 10 miles out of my way on what is already a 35 minute drive! Luckily, I caught myself, laughed about it and found a better route.
I never realized how much time I spent eating... or thinking about eating... it's nuts!
