I've taken pieces of Adkins, South Beach, and my RE's suggestions to create PJ's PCOS diet :)

I am on Optifast. I drink these shakes 5 times a day for a total of 800 calories a day. I am losing weight very quickly but I am worried about eating realy food again.

I am a calorie counter as well.
I was never a very good plan follower and I like the idea that nothing is off limits as long as I fit it into my daily calorie allotment. I have been walking on my treadmill for the last few months, but have recently gotten bored with that so I bought The Biggest Loser DVD and started it this morning. |
I'm a calorie counter using Fitday. I also work out at the gym M-F.

velsmore - is 800 all you are getting in a whole day?
If it is you might have a hard time keeping the weight off when it comes time to eat a regular amount of food. |
I'm just started to calorie cycle. But I've been a calorie counter for a while.

I am on the Weight Watchers plan because it really seems to work for me, there is nothing that is restricted! You can eat what you want, you just have to portion out your points responsibly.

That is 100% true, I am going to slowly add calories while I increase my exercise... hopefully that works *fingers crossed*

I am in general a calorie counter. Right now I am using ***********.com (hope I can say that here since it has a forum and everything). It counts the calories for me and I get to pick from the meals so it's all stuff I like.
