Hi all!

I'm 26 year old from Long Island, NY. Trying to eat better to lose some lbs.
I lost alot of weight on atkins a few years ago but gained most back then
I lost some weight before my wedding a few months ago, but again put it all back on :-( My "fat pants" are tight and I'm pretty disgusted with myself, plus I find that the weight gain makes my sex life go down the tubes- which my husband hates. I just want to feel good about myself.

I'm glad I found this site and look forward to joining into the chat! I know I'll find great ideas and support here!
