Thanks for the advice gals, I think I will begin by logging everything. It's been one week exactly and I have lost 5 lbs just by cutting majorly down on carbs, drinking tons of water and ice tea (just can't live w/out the stuff) and taking Alli.
This weekend I am going to implement getting "physical" by taking short walks and eventually getting into the gym on Monday.
I'm so excited and nervous at the same time, hoping that I don't fall off the wagon yet again.
