  • Hmm...I guess this week no one wanted to weight in. I gained. 179 to 180 this week. I hope to do tons better this week.

  • I had a few non-weigh-in days last week (and most of them were non-workout days, as well, but I was still sensible with food), so I do not really have averages this week, and the scale says 188.8. I am a bit mad at myself, because I was 188.8 two weeks ago, but am glad that I am under 190. It feels like months ago instead of a week that I was on track. I am ready to get right back in, though.
  • I weighed in on Friday and was 156... went on vacation this weekend and was back up to 158 yesterday. My official weigh in day is Friday so, we will see where I am at this Friday!!
  • I don't change my ticker if I fluctuate up a few....even if I stay up for a few days, I just wait to get back down....if it makes ya feel any better
