Okay, I have this gym membership to this wonderful and beautiful gym. I also have a package at the yoga/pilates boutique in my building. And, I maybe work out once or twice a week.
It's pathetic.
So, I'm told that in ~ 30 days a person can form new habits. I MUST make a habit of working out. I'm 27. NOW is the time to start making this life change and this habit.
I'm creating a calendar where I check off each day I work out. I WILL work out every day for the next 30 days. Now, I'm reasonable. . . it only has to be 30 minutes of SOMETHING. Thirty minutes of my day is hardly anything. If the weather is bad, I have the yoga boutique in my building. If I'm sick, I have some hand weights in my apartment. And, if I'm busy like I'll be on the day of my best friend's wedding, I'll go running at 7:00 am prior to our hair appointments, haha.
I will check in EVERY day in this thread to confirm I did my exercise for the day. It starts TODAY. I will work out tonight as my day ONE of thirty.
