snack - Apple (100) - it was huge) MMs (100) l - kungpao chicken bowl (390) d- dinner out - try to be good yikes im already at like 800 so... i'v3 got about 500 cals for dinner... |
Visiting my parents for a week - could be interesting
Breakfast - omlette with wholegrain toast and grilled tomato Lunch - fruit salad (apple, banana and blueberries) topped with natural greek yoghurt Snack - 4 dates Dinner - Probably the usual protein and salad combo...not to sure what as mum hasnt told me yet. Exercise - may go for a run later this afternoon |
