    D: Pasta, Ragu, Morningstar fake ground beef, salad (if it is not bad), veggies.

  • Go Red Sox!!

    1: kashi go-lean crunch w/blueberries
    2: almonds and apple or pear
    3: hummus & veggie sandwich, carrots
    4: soy protein shake
    5: spaghetti squash with artichoke pesto, tempeh
    6: tbd - probably will be out at a bar watching the Sox, and trying to resist drinking a lot
    workout: was supposed to do weight this morning but slept in; might try and cram it in later, or will do it tomorrow instead
  • B - none...got busy at work and didn't have time

    D - 2 bean burittos with shredded chicken lettuce and tomato, green beans

  • I haven't eaten all day! I had a test at 9:00 AM then I had to help out with my schools career fair today. It was awesome!
