D: Pasta, Ragu, Morningstar fake ground beef, salad (if it is not bad), veggies.

Go Red Sox!!

1: kashi go-lean crunch w/blueberries
2: almonds and apple or pear
3: hummus & veggie sandwich, carrots
4: soy protein shake
5: spaghetti squash with artichoke pesto, tempeh
6: tbd - probably will be out at a bar watching the Sox, and trying to resist drinking a lot
workout: was supposed to do weight this morning but slept in; might try and cram it in later, or will do it tomorrow instead

L - salad with chicken, cottage cheese, apple
S - kashi bar, grapes
D - 2 bean burittos with shredded chicken lettuce and tomato, green beans

E - 30 min on treadmill

I haven't eaten all day! :( I had a test at 9:00 AM then I had to help out with my schools career fair today. It was awesome!
