yeah, i know what you mean, saturday is typically the day when i just kindof eat how i want to..to give myself a break, but it seems that it's causing a -huge- damper on my weight loss. last week i ate like 1800 calories on saturday, which is about 700- 800 calories more than i do durring the week. im - still- trying to recover from it. i need to stay around 1500 on my break day, that way im not undoing what i am doing through the week.
it's so hard to stay on a diet when you are visiting parents. they are always like "OH my gosh, you are so thin, you need to eat something. are you okay financially? you are eating, right?" exct.
