Back on Track

  • Well, moving to school I sort of fell off the diet wagon. I say sort of because I did spend 8 hours doing heavy-duty cleaning (and I live on the 3rd floor so walking to the dumpster is no easy task) yesterday and have gotten myself back on track today without realizing it.

Really the only thing I did *that* bad was not count calories, I ate when I was hungry and stopped when I was full, and if I went over I doubt it was by that much.

I'm back with my boyfriend and he seems to curb my need to eat all the time. I don't know how or why, but thankfully he does.

I just feel I should "confess" my lack of calorie counting somewhere. I guess that's silly really. Oh well, guess I'm just silly then.
  • Well as long as we're confessing, I haven't been counting calories all week and I don't plan to start again until Monday! It's been a really busy week and I was so stressed out that something had to go, and it was calorie counting! But I don't feel too bad because I kept my workouts!

So don't feel bad, and good job for getting back on track!!!
  • Well that's not too bad.. It definitely sounds like you got a workout! When I moved about 2 months ago to my apartment on the second floor and my dumpster is a walk too, and we ate takeout for about 10 days for every single meal due to the fact every spare minute of our time was being taken up with moving/cleaning or working or sleeping and we were just too exhausted to cook, and I actually maintained my weight, and didn't gain one ounce. But it sounds like you've been doing pretty good anyways by eating only when you're hungry and stopping when you're full! You're not silly!
