I'm Returning!
It's been awhile since I've been here.....almost a year in fact! And it's time to get back in shape! Stresses of life and health have caused me to really pack on some weight. I've gained about 20 LB's in almost 6 months! I know it's terrible! I need discipline and some coaching on food choices, and portions are my worst enemy (I can't get the hang of that!). I can't seem to get motivated. I've tried walking 3 miles 3 times a week at least, and now it's not even once a week... I find it so boring! HELP!!!!!!
Can anyone give me some babysteps to help me get back in the "groove" of things? Thanks!
