I started out walking in January and slowly moved up into running. After months of work and a few set backs I completed my first 5K Race! Sure I wasn't one of the fastest (I was more like one of the slowest) but it felt great to know I could do it!
I walked my first 5K in under 50mins in March, and one of my goals is to run the same 5K next year in under 30mins. Thanks for the motivation to keep at it!
