I'll start with my 3 motivating/goal features:
1) Six-pack abs - stereotypical male desire, as hard as it is to achieve (since it requires a low body fat % on top of well-toned ab muscles). While I don't aspire to have them super-ripped, it'd be nice to see them more often than once a day (when I get out of bed and before I eat anything
), hopefully that'll improve as I lose a few more pounds (of fat, of course) and progress in my core workout intensity.2) Defined triceps - kind of counterintuitive, but I'm more likely to be seen walking around with straight arms (when well-toned triceps would be visible) then doing the arrogant flexing of the biceps. And it also means no underarm jiggles

3) Adonis lines - the V-shape-ish lines that goes from the sides of the abs to the groin area (also called "sex lines" for not-so-subtle reasons
). Again, a toughie to work on requiring low BF & toned muscles in abs (particularly obliques), hips & thighs.
. The other thing that I would like is for my collar bones to be more noticable. For some reason I just like the way it looks when they are very distinct
