I had the same problem.. i went down to my grandma's for a week and binged out. Ice cream, cookies, cakes.. whatever.. and watched a lot of tv. very bad
i didnt feel bad til after i came home and actually looked at the scale. I really wanted to give up (as.. i have so many times before). But I keep trying to motivate myself on how good i WILL look once I lose the weight. and how good i WILL feel after all the hard work. I think I might get out my old size 9 jeans (god when the **** did i fit into those??) and put them out as a constant reminder of where i'd like to be.
