Default Hi, I'm new!
Hey Everybody!

I'm a 22 year old student from Hamilton, Ontario Canada. I've never been tiny (always muscular and I guess stocky), but about two years ago I gained about 40 pounds while on anti-depressants...it really hit my self-esteem hard. Since then I've been working on loosing the weight. I've lost about 20 pounds, and this summer I want to lose another 15 pounds or so. For the most part, I've been working on having a healthier lifestyle...not snacking as much (especially not bad things), working out more. My boyfriend and I are hitting up the gym pretty regularly now (although I'm not running as much as I would like) and I've been starting to see results from that. I know that I have to work a little bit harder on my eating habits, and thats what brought me here...I'm hoping to find support from all you wonderful people that are going through the same things as me!
