Help I need a swift kick in the rear please. For the last two months i have been hanging out between 180 and 185. i know alot of it is because i have not been excerising like i should. one thing i did do though is bought a pedometer and in the package it says that you should try and take 10,000 steps in one day well on a average day i can do that by noon (except on the weekends i cannot even do that in the course of the day) any way my goal has been to take 20,000 steps that seems to have helped. in getting back on the excersizing track again. but not quite what i want. Could someone hound me everyday to start excersizing again the only day that i allow myself off is on Sunday because that is the only day during the week that we have to spsend with familys.

Get out there and get moving! You may want to try some other things like switching up your calories (or points if you do WW) and trying some new foods/recipes. That usually helps get you through a plateau too!
