Ok, so I weighed myself yesterday and had gone down 3 pounds since I last weighed! I know I need to get on a more regular schedule of weighing myself (today actually, though I don't know if the morning or evening is better to do, but since I didn't weigh myself this morning I guess it will be the evening) but 3 pounds is a big difference to me, even if it is just water weight! Real results to follow, I just had to post this to keep me motivated since I got to move my ticker!
