I am so hungry this morning!! I have eaten oatmeal a bannana & 3 squares of beef jerky & I am still having the munchies! It's "that time of month" so maybe thats it but I am so hungry!!

Just try to keep your snacks healthy, find some fruit and veggies to munch on! It might help to drink lots of water too. I deffinitly feel ya on this one, but I know from experience that you can conquer it!
