My name is Crystal and I am ready to take care of myself, I know that may sound funny but I am not sure how else to put it. I am 24 and had 2 babies back to back... 18 months apart to be exact!! After that I think we moms go from being a Lady, sexy woman, who care if she wears make up of her under4 wear matches her bra to a "mom"... I hope no one take sthat the wrong way.. I am guilty as well..
So going from a size 6 to a size 13 has really taken me down, I think that is why I am unhappy with myself. DONT GET ME WRONG I know I will never have my 18 yr old body back and I am not asking for that but I want "a" body back...
I am 5'9 and I hate hearing Your not fat.... can I get an ahmen?? YOU nay not think I am fat but I feel as if I am.... I am more un happy with my body than EVER! I want to feel sexy again.. I want to feel 25.
2 Weeks ago I got a gym membership and was hitting it hard! I go every week on Mondays Tues- Thurs & Fridays doing the eliptical for 2miles... then I do some weighth training. the 1st week I was eating great and really proud of myself then I started slipping.. Not bad but definitly not on track... I am not an icecream or chocolate girl.. I am a chips and potatoes & bread girl! ha ha ha!!
I would love to meet some of you ladies and maybe get to know what you do and what has helped you on your journey... You may want to lose 5lbs or 50lbs but we are all trying to lose weight.
Welcome! I am also new here and also a mom. I totally understand what you mean about losing yourself when you become a mom. I have had to make myself start putting on makeup and not dressing like a bum when I go out. I just get so tired it's just easier to throw on anything and throw my hair in a ponytail.

Hi and Welcome!! I totally understand what you're talking about!! My son is 15 months old, and sometimes after I get him dressed and ready to go, I don't care what I wear or what my hair looks like! I'm getting tired of wearing teeshirts and jeans out. I'm ready to wear cute stuff again! I'm only 26, I don't want to feel like I'm 40!!!
Ok Crystal, well Im gonna say it sweetie!! I can't wait to be 150lbs on my 5'6 figure, because I havent been that weight since like 5th or sixth grade...lol
But I will be here to support you and hopefully u could do the same for me, ur a very pretty lady!!! How much are u tryin to looose if you dont mine me askin??? hopefully no more than like 20lbs right????
