Hi! My name is Renee. I am 25 years old. I am a nurse, but staying at home right now to stay with my son. I've been one of those people who struggled with their weight all my life and it's gotten worst this past year, mostly because of the whole giving birth thing
I gained 38 lbs when I was pregnant and I was already about 30 lbs over weight then. I started seriously trying to lose back in March and have since then lost about 12-13 lbs. I've come to a bit of a stall for the last couple of weeks. I've been doing yourself fitness (on the ps2) and it's been helping a lot. I've been working out, but a bit down on the eating part. I'm doing Atkins maintenance since I'm nursing. I will be nursing at least until my son is a year and that's in a couple of months. Then I will do induction.
I really want to do this. I can't wear hardly any of my clothes, and I want my son to look back at pics of me and be proud. Anyway, it's time to get serious. I'm glad to be here and look forward to getting to know you all!
