Staying On Plan Today Because....
I just went for a run outside and it reminded me that leading a healthy lifestyle feels GOOD. :) :carrot:

I have done terribly all week and I need to get b ack on track.

BECAUSE-- I'm going to Cali in 1 month and 9 days--- and I want to wear THAT skirt!!

Because I'm going to Europe on May 30th and dont want to stress about the food that will make me gain weight!

...because I feel great and managed to eat properly when visiting my parents yesterday! If I can handle eating carefully when "lunch" is 3 mammoth bags of chips and a bag of M&Ms, I think I can do well after packing my own lunch!
...because I'm finally back to 200, and only 4 pounds from where I was when I came back from vacation March 1. ...because I expect to see 190 before my 25th birthday (May 25). |
....because I'm down another pound this week and feel great!!.. I never want to see that pound again :)

Because I decided after weigh in today that if I'm going to work my butt off all week exercising, I don't want to sabotage myself by eating JUNK! I'm working TOO HARD to do that!

I started this week and joined this site, and I want to be on a healthy weight before my 30th birthday on may 2008...and look great.

Because I'm sick of being a DD -- it's too much weight for my back. And I want to wear cute, feminine bras! Please let my boobs get smaller! :)

Because my scale says I've gained a total of 10 lb. This is not acceptable, and it is stopping right now.

Because a friend is getting married on June 2nd and her groomsmen are cute!!

because i want to make 140lbs by may 1st. it's doable if i stay on plan. normally don't like date deadlines, but if i hit it, i will have reached 70lbs gone in exactly one year!

Because I want to live life to its fullest and I can't do that sitting on my butt.

...because when I hopped on the scale this morning it went down from yesterday and I want that to happen again!

I'm staying on plan today because I'm sick of not doing it! At this rate, I'm not going to reach my goal by my birthday!

Because I have more energy, and feel more comfortable in my body, when I weigh less.

I'm staying on plan today because I have 22 weeks to my goal date and 20 pounds to go! That's cutting it pretty close!! :o

....I just bought a bikini! I have to feel comfortable in it by the end of the summer!! :)

Because I had a really bad weekend nutrition wise. And I just had a really healthy lunch and it reminds me of how good and easy it is to eat healthy!

because today is the one year anniversary of my startng this new lifestyle and so i can stay on plan ONE more day! Taking it day by day!

...because I just had an amazing lunchtime swim workout after oversleeping my planned morning session. I'm not letting May start off with a skipped workout!
