2 months and 10 pounds later
wow has it been a while since I've last been on this website!
2/17 was my last visit day and here I am almost two months later and 10 pounds heavier (i need to adjust my tracker) i hate myself for allowing those 10 pounds to come back on but I have no one to blame but myself because ive been EATING nonstop. I mean I'm full but I keep eating and eating and eating and eating and hating myself for it. I also havent been to the gym in about a month. I still have my membership though. Ladies (and gentlemen) please support me and help me get back on the bandwagon! |
i know the feeling of eating and eating and eating - and I can't tell you how to kick it - its something we all have to take day by day unfortunately - but like you I have a goal this week - to restart writing down my food intake everyday - i have stopped for the past 2 weeks, which is not good! maybe this will help you too?

I agree with bida - just a couple of weeks ago i started writing down what i was eating and it makes a huge difference. although...i kinda fell off the wagon this easter weekend :( and even though you haven't been doing so well, just take it as an opportunity to come back stronger. good luck!!!

Its good to be back Spunkster when I used to write down what I ate, I felt a little obessive but it helped me to not eat excessive stuff and I would eat stuff that was more healthy. Maybe I should do that again :) thanks Katytee wow its good to see that I'm not the only one here in Sacramento struggling!!! Thanks for the support. |
