Well, I finally scheduled some sessions with a PT today after procrastinating over it for weeks. I've been trying to do it solo for awhile now, but just haven't seen much in the way of results. Which got me to thinking maybe I'm not doing something right or doing the right excersizes. My routine at the gym has been pretty limited b/c I'm not really comfortable using a lot of the equiptment by myself.
So I was wondering, does anyone else use a PT? Did you notice a difference in the way you felt/lost weight with a trainer than when you were working out on your own?
