  • This week has been going great as far as eating goes so I determined to keep it that way.

    B: oats, milk, berries, protein powder
    S: apple and carrots
    L: salad with tuna, black beans, cucumber, light sundried tomato dressing, orange
    S: pear
    D: steamed broccoli and cheese slice, ww toast with poached egg, banana
  • Today has been a not so good day so far. I had a meeting so ate on the run and my calories are on the low side.

    Accountablility:
    B: SF Instant Oatmeal
    L: 2 slices wheat bread, 2 slices ff cheese

    Planning:
    D: I'm going to big boy with my sister for dinner. I think I'm going to get the roaster garlic chicken pasta salad. Or maybe a grilled chicken salad.

    S: Popcorn, Jello SF Pudding

    Water: 3 Liters
