Default Chicago girl needing motivation...

Hello everyone! Im 24, I work full time and Im in school part time, finishing with my bachelors degree. I have been in a relationship for the past 2 years and have become shall we say "comfortable" and have had some extra pounds sneak up on me! My journey begins tomorrow, monday March 5th. Begin weight 210, ultimately I would like to lose 50 pounds. Does anybody have any tips out there as far as diets that have worked for them? (Aside from Atkins because Im not a big meat eater) I do not have enough time with my schedule to go to the gym everyday, I plan on joining Curves. I was also looking to have a chat buddy or workout buddy if anybody lives near me? Im in the western suburbs of Illinois??? Thanks for reading everybody!!!

Is there a Weight Watchers nearby? You can go to www.weightwatchers.com and put in your zip code and it will give you the location of meetings nearby. I think it is one of the most reasonable diets out there and it does work. Good luck!
