March 2007 Goals
Phew... February is almost done. Time to get thinking on those new goals everyone!
I didn't do so hot on my last ones. Here we go again... 1) Lose 5lb. (Takes me to 195 hopefully.) 2) 2L water/day 3) Plan ALL meals, EVERY DAY. 4) No eating out or fast food (in keeping with 40 days/40 nights challenge). 5) Exercise at least 2x a week (lame, I know, but I have to start somewhere). That's March for me! Let's see those lbs come flying off ;) How bout the rest of you? What are your goals for the month of March? 31 whole days to change your life! |
I want to break 140 by April 1, 2007. That gives me 5 weeks, a pound a week to do so. I also want to start exercising. I have been putting it off, but considering I only have 20 to lose til goal, I better start or I will never get there. I'll put myself down for 2x a week as well.

Hmmm... I would like to...
1. Lose 4 pounds (start 156) 2. Drink 2L water daily 3. Exercise for 600 minutes (I'm kinda starting, too) 4. Incorporate weight training into my routine twice a week 5. Lose 3" total (10 different spots to measure from) |
My goals are simple this month.
1. Don't over eat while visit my friends Feb 28 - March 4. 2. Continue doing the C25K program. 3. 500 minutes of exercise. 4. Study, work on my outlining. |
My goals: Thanks for making me write these down!!
1. Drink 10 glasses of water minimum a day 2. Lose 5 pounds. That's a tough one but I really have to do it. 3. Keep up my french lessons (2 per week). It keeps me distracted anyway and helps me lose weight. That's it. Keep it simple. Good luck everyone! |
I hope to be firmly in the 140s by end of March (right now I'm 149-152) - also want to run 4 miles w/o stopping/walking.
And, upgrade to 15 lb. dumbbells for my "strong muscle" exercises, but that's more contingent on my budget and if there's a sale going on anywhere. (I used to do 8/12, depending on exercise, but upgraded to 10/12 last month, and think I'm ready for 10/15). And oh yea, finances allowing, take up tennis. |

Hmmm... Well here are my March goals:
1. Exercise 1800 minutes 2. Lose 10 pounds (I'm still at the beginning stages so it seems to come off easier) 3. Stick to my diet 4. Drink min. 2.5L of water a day. I've got a wedding to go to at the end of April so my goal is to get from a size 19 to a size 16 by then. Good luck everyone... |
Let's do this!
1. Lose 6 pounds (yeah, it's my St. Patrick's day goal but if it takes until the end of the month that's fine too :) ...and 6 pounds would usually be a little ambitious for me, but I attribute 2 lbs. to TOM, so I should be able to do this. 2. Exercise every day (mix of yoga, running, and walking) 3. Replace desserts with fruit and yogurt...no cookies, candy, etc. Good luck everyone...think about how great we will feel on April 1!!! |
1. Lose 10 lbs (be at 228 by 3/31/07). I've been stuck at 238 for most of February but I've lost inches off my waist and thighs and my butt is becoming more defined. I hope its all becoming lean muscle but I'd like to lose more fat please.
2. Exercise 5/7 days a week for 45-60 mins a day. I used my new dancexercise DVD and I broke a sweat today. I'm still big so I can't do the exercises that well but I plan to master it and lose weight doing so. I'm also doing 300 situps, 30 pushups, 40 leg lifts as well as squats and lunges with weights. 3. Continue with watching calories and refining my eating plan to continue to take out sugar and sodium. |

Well let's see if I can do better than last month with my goals. 1. Write everything I eat down in fitday 2. Lose 5 pounds (I'm not super ambitious) 3. Add some strength training into my workouts 4. Drink less alcohol! |

1. Lose 10 lbs by March 31 2. Exercise more/use the bowflex 3. No excess drinking of alcohol over the March break 4. Try to get my b/f to stop buying junk food! |
Here are my goals for March:
1) to stop binge eating- When I find something that I shouldn't eat I tend to eat it until it is gone! I need to stop this 2) Drink more water! 3) Exercise more- walk to and from work instead of making my DH pick me up. Do my step aerobics 3 times a week My DH birthday is at the beginning of June, I really want to look good. I really want it to be special. I think these few goals will really get me on my way! |
1) To start exercising more. Feb wasn't a good month for me. Especially since I pulled a couple muscles. blah. Hoping for good luck in March!
2) Drink more water. 3) Not going to make it a big goal. I just want to get down back into onderland this month. If I lose more, then I lose more. 4)Continue with my 40 days & 40 nights, no fast food. Which means no eating in anywhere, no carrying out. Only fixing something at home or with my family. 5) Continue paying off medical bills to get them paid off to keep the promise of my other new years resolution. |

hi, i've never posted on 20-somethings before, (only in calorie counters) so i thought i'd introduce myself and write my march goals at the same time....
i'm a 24 year old grad student in minnesota..hello everyone :) 1. lose 6 lbs (to 154...i'm at 160 now) 2. no days over 2100 calories 3. exercise as much as allowed/can get away with (i have a herniated disk in my back..not good for the exercise as it is constant pain and the physical therapist says exercise is a no no) 4. fit back into my favorite jeans |
My goals for March are
1. Lose 9lbs 2. Exercise 50 minutes a day, 3 times a week 3. Limit sweets and junk food (my downfall) including diet sodas, baby steps 4. Keep under 1550 Calories a day. |
March Goals
1. NO CHEATING on the diet..even if I really really want to. 2. No Dr. Peppers 3. Get into the gym at least 3x per week 4. Try to lose 10 lbs 5. Get outside more and have fun!! |

My goal for the month of March is 1- loose at least 1 1/2 Lbs. a week. 2- keep exercising every day for 2 hours. March Goals
1. See 17_ on the scale by the end of March 2. Complete the first three weeks of C25K before leaving for Arizona on Spring Break 3. Clean my room AND KEEP IT THAT WAY. |

Hmmmm, March goals......
1. stop being a slave to the scale, and letting the number i see determine my whole mood during any given day- and stop weighing every freakin day! 2. stick to my jogging program 3. cut back on bad carbs 4. do yoga and/or pilates 30 minutes a day no excuses 5. practice compassion toward myself and others (hey, what good is a nicer body if you don't have a nicer sould to go with it?) |
My goals for March are to...
1) lose 1 pound by my 24th birthday (thats in four days!) 2) stick to one can of pop per day (i can't totally forsake it yet!) 3) buy groceries that are healthy AND tasty, so all that good food doesn't just sit there and go to waste. My goals for march are: Break into the 250's Get to the gym 2x a week No fast food Figured its best to start small. |
March goal
1) Be part of the 100 club again
2) Work out -cardio 4x and weights 3x per week 3) No more eating after 8pm 4) watch those trigger foods Good luck to me |

I did very good.
1. Don't over eat while visit my friends Feb 28 - March 4. - I did very well on vacation. I did not over eat once. 2. Continue doing the C25K program. - Still slowly pluging away at it. I had some set back but did ok. 3. 500 minutes of exercise. 664 Minutes! 30.96 Miles! Oh yeah baby! 4. Study, work on my outlining. I did study a lot and got all of my outlines done though spring break and two updated to date. |
