WTG avoiding the chips..... That's a tough one, especially if you go somewhere where they make their own.
I woke up with an unhappy tummy... It's past breakfast time now and I haven't eaten anything. When I get hungry I'll start off with midmorning snack. I know it's not good to skip breakfast, and usually I am really particular about having something in the mornings, but.... I just can't make myself eat anything right now.

S: toast w/pb
L: 2 scrambled egg beaters, salad w/chickpeas
S: apricots and almonds
D: tilapia (seasoned with "secret hobo spices"

--that's the name of the recipe I'm using), brocc, sweet potato
S: 100-cal popcorn and 1 square 85% dark choc
We'll see. I think my stomach will be okay in a little while.... It's feeling better already. Dunno what's wrong.
