Well I'll try to keep it simple....
  • Prepare lunches ahead of time.
  • Work out at least 20 minutes a day 5 days out of the week
  • Accomplish all of my 'school' work AT work
  • Log EVERYTHING that I put into my body on FitDay

RememberHowToSmile 01-28-2007 10:49 PM

Hmm for some reason I'm having trouble creating my goals so these are up for editing.
* Continue the C25K program
* Plan my weekends
* Start my outlines for my classes and stay on top of my homework
* Continue doing my dishes daily so they don't get piled up (I know its a random one).

muzikjunky 01-28-2007 11:13 PM

*Keep up going to the YMCA 5-6 days a week. 60 minutes of cardio/fat burn/weight lifting or basketball.
*Keep up my calorie counting, and using my fitday to somewhat plan.
*Start to try to plan meals ahead of time to make it easier.
*Walk Dixie More
*Read the YOU on a diet book more. (I haven't lifted it up in a long while to read it..the only time I touched in a couple of weeks was to get to my 10lb weights from underneath it. lol.)
*Do 1100-1200 minutes of exercise.
*Remember to remind myself that the weight isn't going to come off quick, and I need to be patient & keep up the great work. That I can do it, and to keep my chin up!

junebug41 01-29-2007 12:06 AM

-keep doing my 60 min yoga before rehearsal (if only to keep me from fire bombing my section)
-continue to make "unnecessary" trips all over campus when I can't get intentional exercise in.
-venture into the campus fitness center at some point
-NO REQUESTING DB TO PICK UP CHOCOLATE ON HIS WAY HOME FROM WORK
-don't let the satisfaction of maintaining lead to sabatoge.
-use the brand-new planner I spent 40 bucks on.
-lose 15 pounds and acquire six-pack abs by my party next weekend.... juuuuuuuuust kidding....

I am going to my parent's home and moving to rural Peru in February.

Goals for my parents house:

1. Stay on my diet. Mom will make her super casserole, but I will only have a little bit. And I will not feel bad about it.

2. Use my FIRM videos. No gym, but I can still sweat.

Goals for Peru:

1. Yes, celebrate with friends. But drink in moderation, and stay away from the bakeries.

2. Use my videos every day. No gym, no jogging or outside exercise, but in my room I can sweat.

3. Lunges, squats, pushups, crunches. I will do these. My room will be my own makeshift gym.

4. KEEP AWAY FROM THE BAKERIES!!!

5. And most important - Look at these goals and within my first week of getting there, getting into the habit of keeping them.
