1. Lose 8-10 more pounds by March 1st
2. Better control my diet and try to get more protein
3. Stop sabotaging the weekends
4. Increase exercise to 60 minutes a day and continue with that
5. Try 2 new foods...that will be the most difficult
Non-exercise goals
1. stop nagging Tim about stupid stuff (like smacking and speeding)
2. stop leaving papers on the floor beside the couch after I read them, like mail and newspapers
3. keep up with laundry better...
it's in the laundry area and upstairs in the bedroom and bathroom so I never know there's a full load
