If you don't find counting calories hard, then I recommend doing it.. weight watchers is really just counting calories but in an easier way from what i gather, and south beach is pretty low carb which is supposed to in turn lower your calories.. I myself can't stick to diets which say any foods are completely off limits. I find counting calories and just trying to make healthier choices the easier option. I also try to stick to the 55% carb, 30% fat, 15% protein model. Counting calories has also worked for me before, but I was dumb, and restricted my calories too much. lost 25lbs in a couple months in a very unhealthy way, then I just went back to eating everything I wanted! So that's why I'm here today after gaining it all back PLUS 30 pounds in just 2 yrs!
