No one had started the weekly thread yet, so I thought I would do it

I hope everyone had a great, fun, restful, and happy weekend!
I visited a friend in Austin this weekend..what an awesome city! I thought I did a great job working out and eating..I worked out Saturday and Sunday and got in some great long runs. We ate out at all of these great restaurants and I didn't overeat, which is a major accomplishment for me. It was fantastic to try all these different foods and not stuff myself and feel guilty about it! Anyway, I was feeling really good about myself until I weighed myself this morning..and I was up two and a half pounds!!
I know I should be happy just being in control of my eating, but I feel like when I am not starving myself I continue to gain weight! I got in a good workout this morning, but it would be an understatment to say my motivation is pretty low right now

ance: I did the next workout for c25l and it was a little harder this time than last. I probably shouldn't have skipped the gym all this weekend.
