Tuesday Planning

  • So Far:

    Meal #1: orange and 6 almonds
    Meal #2: 1 cup of chicken tortilla soup
    Meal #3: 2 c fresh spinach w/ fat free ranch, grilled chicken, and hard boiled egg

    WO:

    30 minutes HEAT class
    30 minutes Muscle Madness class

    Rest of the day's plan:

    Meal #4: lf string cheese and 1 c baby carrots
    Meal #5: 4 oz grilled chicken, 1 c broccoli, 1/2 kashi rice
    Meal #6: skim milk, maybe 1 dark chocolate piece

    WO: 30 minutes on the elliptical
  • I didn't get up until lunch time so no breakfast
    L: Corn Chex, Non-Fat Milk, Banana
    S: 1 cup pinapple
    D: Chesse Ravioli with meat sauce (not my first choice but I went to my brothers for dinner).
    S: I don't know but I'm sure I'll have something
