(Start) 11/12:174.5 I updated it from yesterday because I dislike weighing myself midday after I've been drinking a lot of water and meals. I prefer to weigh when I first wake up. Next week I'll start weighing on Saturday mornings. 11/19: (-1.5 lbs.) (-0.86%) 11/26: (-1 lbs.) (-0.57%) 12/03: (-3 lbs.) (-1.72%) 12/10: (0 lbs.) (0 %)I'll take it. TOM came this week so I'm considering that a loss in my book because generally with bloating and such I gain. 12/17: (+2 lbs.) (+1.09 %) I deserve it. I quit trying this week so a gain is what I deserve. (Final) 12/24: (-3 lbs.) (-1.72%)
